Sepura staff support Cambridge homeless charity Wintercomfort with large donation

Wintercomfort was thrilled today to receive over £3,900 in donations from Sepura, the Cambridge-based communication experts. The donation is the result of a six month campaign that has seen Sepura find many ways to lend support to the charity, which supports homeless and vulnerably housed individuals in Cambridge. As well as hosting a sponsored sleep out at their offices overnight, the staff at Sepura took part in a number of social events including a footgolf competition at the height of the World Cup, and a Christmas Bake Off in the run up to the holiday season

The Finnish Defence Forces authorized to sign an Agreement with Bittium Corporation’s subsidiary Bittium Wireless Ltd on Purchasing the Bittium Tough SDRT tactical radios

Oulu, Finland, December 11, 2018 – The Finnish Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö has authorized the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command to enter into an Agreement with Bittium Wireless Ltd on the purchase of Bittium Tough SDR™ handheld and vehicle radios, and their related accessories. The value of the Purchase Agreement currently under negotiations is at the maximum approximately EUR 13 million (incl. VAT). The new software-defined-radio based tactical radios will be used at the first phase by the Army and the delivery will be completed at the latest by the end of the year 2020. The purchase agreement does not change Bittium Corporation’s financial outlook for the year 2018 published on August 8, 2018 in the half-year financial report.

TCCA study outlines security policies required for TETRA-LTE interworking
