Benoît Vivier joined EENA in September 2015 and is in charge of EENA’s public affairs work. He is EENA’s liaison with the institutions of the European Union as well as other stakeholders, and works on projects including public warning systems and emergency caller location.
Benoit is a French/Belgian national and has graduated in International Relations at Sciences Po Lille (France) and European Political and Administrative Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium).
