David Högberg is a graduate fire protection engineer from Lund University. He has worked in Swedish fire and rescue services for nearly 20 years, including roles as an operational fire officer at various levels and as deputy fire chief. He is currently working as a business developer at SOS Alarm (the Swedish national emergency call receiver and dispatch center for ambulance and fire and rescue services), focusing on the development of critical communication services in control room environments and leadership development in fire service operations.
