Dave is the Chief Technology Officer for the Emergency Services Network at BT, providing technology leadership to the programme and ensuring that we bring the best of BT’s technology and operations expertise to ESN.
Prior to taking the ESN CTO role in 2003, Dave led BT Networks’ Mobile division, where he successfully delivered the EE mobile network, which was independently recognised as the Best Mobile Network in the UK.
Throughout his career, Dave has held a diverse range of roles in technology encompassing mobile network strategy, build, and operations.
