Ferenc Balla
Dr. Ferenc Balla is a lawyer and a leading expert in the field of professional mobile telecommunications. He has been the CEO of Pro-M PrCo Ltd for almost 10 years and has decades of experience in managing and developing critical communication systems and telecommunication infrastructures. Pro-M plays a key role in the maintenance and development of the Unified Digital Radio Telecommunications System (EDR) in Hungary, thanks to the professional guidance of Pro-M. Under his leadership, the consolidation of government telecommunications networks is being implemented, resulting in Pro-M becoming the exclusive government communications provider. Dr. Ferenc Balla is a board member of the 5G Coalition. He is a founder member of the “CritCom” Association for Critical Communications, set up in 2023. In 2025, he initiated establishing the Education Information Forum, of which he also chairs.
