Mr. Carpenter is an innovative entrepreneur with over 30 years in telecommunications and network testing. He pioneered the world’s first SIP Conformance Tester in 2000, shaping the industry’s transition to VoIP and testing major phone vendors’ products still in use today. More recently, he has contributed to advancements in P25 ISSI/CSSI, MCX PTT, Video, Data and NG-112/911 test technologies. He has designed and overseen the evolution of the Valid8 Virtual Lab technology to a single platform solution to support clients at ALL stages of the lifecycle from Education, R&D, QA Testing, Compliance, Production and Field Support.
