Jeroen de Graaf is Director Renewal Mission Critical Communication at the Ministry of Justice and Security in The Netherlands. He is responsible for setting up a national program in order to implement a new mission critical communication system in The Netherlands. Previously he worked as Director Borders and Security at the Ministry of Justice and Security and Director for Diplomatic Security at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served as ambassador in Trinidad and Tobago. Jeroen de Graaf started his career in the Immigration Service and has a master degree in International Law and in Public Management.
