J.P. has over 6 years of experience in product management and engineering roles with 7 Patents and 2 patent-pending inventions. J.P. focuses on identifying the best solutions to continue to exceed customer expectations in every product that L3Harris ships.

J.P. has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. J.P. is married and currently resides in Rochester, New York.
