Katja Millard is Corporate Vice President for Critical Communications Networks at Motorola Solutions. She oversees the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Professional Communications Radio (PCR) infrastructure product teams globally. Since joining Motorola Solutions in 2008, she has managed the PCR, TETRA, Device Accessories, Body-Worn Video, Ruggedized Smartphones, and IoT product teams, as well as R&D centers globally. She has over 20 years of experience in the tech industry and has held positions in sales, services, research, product management, and engineering.
