Niklas Andersson serves as Infrastructure Strategist at Sundsvall Municipality, Sweden. He is responsible for the long-term strategic development of the infrastructure across roads, railroads, ports, airports/U-space and broadband. Part of his responsibilities is to secure funding for EU projects in close collaboration with universities, government agencies, private enterprises, and international stakeholders. Many of the projects are cross-border initiatives.
To coordinate Sundvall Municipalities efforts Niklas provides analytical support, strategic input, and decision-making material to the political leadership. In close collaboration with Sundsvalls other departments and publicly owned companies.
