Noel Rushe is a Senior Manager at ESB Networks, Ireland, with over 35 years of experience in the telecom and electrical utility sectors. Noel oversees the management and operation of the critical national telecom infrastructure, which controls Irelands transmission and distribution networks. Additionally, Noel manages the telecom systems supporting all ESB generation stations in Ireland and the UK. Noel played a pivotal role in developing the strategy that led to the creation of ESB Networks' private LTE network, which supports Smart Networks.

Noel holds an Engineering degree and an MBA from the Michael Smurfit School of Business.
