Dr. Thomas Brandt is Head of Release-, Change- and Test Bed Management at the German Federal Agency for Public Safety Digital Radio (BDBOS). He is also Head of the Core Network Modernization project. Thomas joined BDBOS in 2018 after an extensive career in the telecommunication industry by Siemens AG, Nokia Siemens Networks, Kabel Deutschland and Vodafone. He holds a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Berlin Technical University and Dublin City University. Beyond that he holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Berlin Technical University.
