TCCA's Legal and Regulatory Working Group (LRWG) looks at legal and regulatory issues arising from going to mission critical broadband communications.
As we as a community has succeed with getting our requirements into the 3GPP standard, we have promising products and services in place, we see that the legal and regulatory landscape is lagging behind. The future mission critical networks will to a large degree rely on commercial mobile networks. But unlike for emergency communications, there is no common regulation for electronic services that take this situation into account.

Focusing on design characteristics and architecture, the technology employed, the supported use case and the challenges and lesson learnt during the project phases Italian Defense development of a 5G private Mobile Network Infrastructure to provide mobile ICT services to military users and to increasingly use the new applications enabled by the technologies.
