The event has now been running for over twenty years across the globe, bringing together users, in both private and public sector, the latest technology services, regulators and many more, to give them unparalleled access to authoritative content and unrivalled networking opportunities.

Last year, the Berlin event proved to be the biggest CCW yet, showcasing the latest technological innovations from over 100 organisations.

CCW is driven by TCCA, and therefore by the industry itself, Critical Communications World has the sector’s interest and needs at its very core.

The CCW conference programme will reflect the ubiquity of the crucial services that our industry creates, builds, enables, delivers and drives. It will encompass the today and tomorrow of critical communications – the projects and the potential.

We are looking for contributions of the highest calibre to build a conference programme that delivers the best content – so our audience gets the most value.

Sepura Commits to Nordic Region with Appointment of new Business Development Manager

Sepura has moved to strengthen its presence in the Nordics by adding Roland Pettersson to the Sales team as Business Development Manager for Scandinavia. Roland has a long history of selling communications technology into the public safety services, most recently with CeoTronics, where he established a network of key contacts within the PMR market to support sales growth.

The Finnish Defence Forces authorized to sign an Agreement with Bittium Corporation’s subsidiary Bittium Wireless Ltd on Purchasing the Bittium Tough SDRT tactical radios

Oulu, Finland, December 11, 2018 – The Finnish Minister of Defence Jussi Niinistö has authorized the Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command to enter into an Agreement with Bittium Wireless Ltd on the purchase of Bittium Tough SDR™ handheld and vehicle radios, and their related accessories. The value of the Purchase Agreement currently under negotiations is at the maximum approximately EUR 13 million (incl. VAT). The new software-defined-radio based tactical radios will be used at the first phase by the Army and the delivery will be completed at the latest by the end of the year 2020. The purchase agreement does not change Bittium Corporation’s financial outlook for the year 2018 published on August 8, 2018 in the half-year financial report.

Sepura and SELECTRIC achieve milestone of 400,000 radios delivered to BDBOS users

Sepura has now delivered over 400,000 TETRA radios to BDBOS users in 11 German states, confirming their position as the dominant supplier of TETRA devices to the German public safety market. To support these devices, more than half of the installed base has now agreed long term software maintenance contracts with Sepura and their partners in Germany, SELECTRIC, ensuring that users get maximum benefit from their Sepura devices.
