f-RaCE is a voice GSM-R cab radio ready to support the new FRMCS standard. f-RaCE includes two components a radio rack and a 7” touchscreen display MMI.
f-RaCE is fully compliant with GSM-R class 2 specifications and provides a powerful Control Unit based on an ARM processor. The Control Unit can optionally be provided with a 4G/5G modem for additional applications. F-RaCE allows to pptimize the use of space in the equipment rack (in addition to the GSM-R modem, the GSM-R duplexer has been integrated into the device)
Support of FRMCS voice and data mode guarantee continuity and compatibility during the transition iImplementing the Interoperability GSMR-FRMCS on railway networks.
