Thomas Brewster is a Senior Product Manager for Communications and Wireless Services at Transport for London, where he brings drive and direction to some of TfL’s most critical technology programmes. He has played a pivotal role across several high‑impact service areas, including leading the transformation of TfL’s surface critical communications system from analogue to digital radio and spearheading the delivery of Surface Transport’s Push‑To‑Talk over Cellular service.

Beyond his core responsibilities, Thomas actively contributes to the wider transport technology community. He has advised multiple Transport Authorities and regularly shares his expertise through guest lectures and talks on the operational use of technology in public transport. His recent speaking engagements include BAPCO, Critical Communications World, and PMR Expo, as well as academic sessions at Imperial College London and the University of East Anglia.
